The Team That CARES

There are so many who make Ethico an incredible place to work (and incredible to work with)! Here are just a few of the people who work tirelessly to make sure Ethico CARES.

Giovanni Gallo

Co-CEO & CTO

Giovanni’s career has spanned working in innovative startups and advising multinational companies on strategic growth initiatives. While guiding growth-oriented healthcare providers (home health, infusion, institutional pharmacy, and healthcare IT) he realized that a strategically oriented and properly executed compliance function is a massive strategic lever going underutilized among many organizations.

As Co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer of Ethico, Giovanni lives his passion for seeing people thrive in the workplace. By empowering Ethico’s team and welcoming new members to our mission, he hopes to equip E&C professionals with powerful tools to protect their teams and meaningfully serve their missions. Giovanni has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
